Any order can be cancelled by contacting our customer service department either by telephone or by email.
Should an item be out of stock you will be notified as soon as possible. If there is a further delay you will be notified by phone or email.

If your country is not listed, we do not currently deliver to that country. Please get in touch for further information.
You may return a product for refund within seven days or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer), however you need to pay postage to us and also the return postage if you are exchanging. If you are requesting a refund we do not refund the original postage cost to you.
